Any real estate professional (and many a home owner) realizes the importance of making a property look it's very best before presenting it to potential buyers; of showing them what they are actually buying.

What we offer:

  1. Re-design: Changing the existing furniture and decor. This is for properties which are occupied and have existing furniture and accessories. It is done in order to sell a property or just to make a change in your existing home.
    Time: We spend a whole day (or longer if you prefer) re-designing the space, creating a pleasant, comfortable and pleasing environment. and in addition give advice on anything we don't change during out time there, such as painting, etc.
    Fee: For a few hundred dollars we provide a "new" looking area - whether that be a property or only a room in the property.

  2. Sell-Help: This is for properties, which are either empty or occupied and should be staged in order to sell more quickly or for their maximum values.
    Time: Sell-Helping takes anywhere from a few hours to several days.
    Fee: Each property and its requirements is different and the fee will naturally reflect that. We will come to your property and then provide you with an estimate free of charge.

 

Sell-Help; Beyond Staging

The term Sell-Help encompasses whatever it takes, but as little as possible, to make the property sell quickly and for its true value.

Design: We bring out a property's full potential and value in order to sell it for what it is worth. This usually entails both interior and exterior staging - either using existing furniture/decor, ours or a combination of both; it can also entail organizing, painting or anything else we decide upon. The changes can be and often are very minor, such as de-cluttering and accessorizing, but still make a great impact.

Marketing: Since we are not only award winning designers, but also experienced marketeers with unique ideas we are also able to market your property, including planning and marketing your Open House down to proving the cookies and soft background music, so that all the real estate agent has to do is show up . This is popular with busy agents. For investors, we can take care of the marketing and design of the property from acquisition to sale.

(It has happened that after a property has been sell-helped, the owner has actually been so pleasantly surprised that s/he has decided to keep it.)
